my first New York Cheese Cake (2008_1229)

同事M 生日
話要食Cheese Cake...
搵recipe 又好易整wor.
又試試先~
下午買埋sour cream,
夜晚10點幾先整,
先發覺剩番1隻蛋...
大鑊la!! recipe 話要2隻蛋
點算呢點算呢點算呢
最後決定減1半份量,
希望ok la~
30 mins 後...
焗好~ 矮一半
但好香wor~

    糕身落cream cheese, 白色果d 係sour cream + sugar. 我覺得好味, 不過我食甜品既口味與衆不同, 不能作準 :P
